You’ll find recommendations for warm-ups, how to best organize your split, ensure progression continues, as well as exercise alternatives that give you the freedom to make each workout tailored to your specific likes and needs.
My primary goal has always been to help people transform their lives — so, in the interest of a more personal touch, I’m only going to be taking on a handful of clients at a time. With this new approach, I’m going to be focusing on giving a select group of individuals the most personal experience possible in the online coaching world.
